A thorough assessment of your presenting challenge(s), identified trauma and goal setting. Once the assessment is completed, Adjust Your Crown, Inc. will refer the client to a Licensed Clinician tailored to their needs ( i.e. gender, ethnicity, years of experience, location, etc.). Adjust Your Crown, Inc. will draft the assessment and identify a practice within 7 business days.

Description:

Presentation on mental health and the importance of self- reflection, self-care and self-love.  Workshops will include ice- breakers, workshop materials and individual consultation (limited upon request).  Every workshop will have a theme related to mental health.

Adjust Your Crown, Inc. is committed to ensuring optimal wellness by offering unlimited weekly buddy sessions. 

A " Wellness Buddy" is someone who has the educational, professionalism and integrity, to assist you with your mental health concerns and challenges.

During the sessions, you will be paired with a "Buddy" that is experienced and who has several years of social service and leadership experiences. Our "Wellness Buddy" will ensure confidentiality and follow the practices of the New York State HIPPA policies.  We encourage and promote a safe space where our clients can be free to express themselves emotionally, without judgement. 

Please note the following:

-Weekly Buddy Sessions are offered to individuals 13+

-Parental consents are required for those under 18 years old

-Weekly Buddy Sessions are offered via zoom (consent needed) and in-person

* Traveling outside of NYC requires an additional fee*
